We're on the hunt for a fierce, experienced, no-nonsense Body Shop Manager for our Sauk Rapids, MN location who can handle the heat and lead with precision. Requirements

5+ years in body shop or collision repair management
A people leader who also knows cars / trucks like the back of their hand – and doesn't flinch when the job gets gritty and your fingernails get dirty.
If you thrive in fast-paced environments, if you take pride in making it right the first time , and if you can handle the heat without breaking a sweat – we need to talk.
