About The Position

Body Shop Guest Experience Coordinator Bergstrom Body Shop of Oshkosh (Washburn St) WHAT YOU'LL DO Serve as the primary point of contact for guests visiting our body shop, ensuring they feel valued and informed throughout their service experience. Greet guests warmly and assist them with check-in, vehicle intake, and answering any questions regarding their repair process. Coordinate repair timelines, communicate updates, and follow up with guests to ensure their satisfaction. Work closely with body shop technicians and advisors to manage schedules and ensure smooth workflow. Assist in handling guest concerns or issues, striving to deliver a positive resolution quickly. Maintain a clean and welcoming guest waiting area. Schedule: Mon - Fri: 8am - 5pm Salary pay of $35,000-40,000/year based on relevant experience. WHO'S RIGHT FOR THE JOB?
