About The Position

Leif Johnson Collision Center is seeking a professional, customer-focused Body Shop Estimator to deliver a top-tier repair experience for every guest. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in precision, communication, and doing the job right the first time. What You’ll Do: Estimate and manage collision repair jobs from start to finish, working directly with customers, insurance partners, and technicians. Provide clear, accurate estimates using CCC One, ensure quality standards are met, and keep repairs on schedule.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Collision Estimator or Service Advisor in a body shop setting
- CCC One or similar estimating software proficiency
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Professional, confident, and customer-oriented attitude
Nice To Haves
- I-CAR certification or industry training preferred
