About The Position

We’re looking for a motivated and dependable Body Shop Assistant to join our team and help ensure every customer and vehicle receives top-notch care. The Body Shop Assistant plays a key role in supporting daily operations, including assisting customers, coordinating parts, and detailing vehicles before delivery. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

Requirements

• Previous experience in an auto body shop, automotive service, or detailing environment preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of auto parts and repair processes
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer questions, and assist with vehicle status updates
• Communicate with insurance adjusters and suppliers as needed
• Order, track, and match parts for repair jobs
• Assist technicians with vehicle prep and organization of repair workflow
• Perform interior and exterior detailing to ensure vehicles are clean and ready for delivery
• Maintain a clean and organized shop area
• Support other team members as needed to meet deadlines and quality standards
