Trap Pond was once the site of a large freshwater wetland and still hosts the country's northernmost natural stand of baldcypress trees. A seasonal park position is available at Trap Pond State Park: Boat House Attendant: Duties include handling money and record keeping while maintaining the functions of boat rental facility for the public. Work is performed indoors and outdoors, under various weather conditions. Applicants must be available weekends, evenings and holidays as scheduled to meet facility needs.
