About The Position

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Boat Delivery Specialist. The ideal candidate will have strong boating expertise, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to customer service and upholding the highest safety standards during every delivery.

Requirements

Valid boating license and proven experience operating various types of boats.
Strong understanding of boat mechanics, safety protocols, and navigational systems.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex boating concepts in a clear and approachable manner.
High attention to detail when inspecting and delivering vessels.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, and remain calm in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

Safely deliver boats to various locations as scheduled, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
Perform pre-delivery inspections of vessels to ensure they are in optimal condition for transport.
Provide thorough hands-on orientations for clients upon delivery, including instructions on starting the engine, steering, docking, navigation, and using on-board equipment (e.g., GPS, safety gear).
Educate new boat owners on basic safety practices, such as life jacket use, emergency procedures, and local boating regulations.
Answer technical questions clients may have about their boat's features and help troubleshoot any issues at the time of delivery.
Maintain accurate delivery records and ensure all required paperwork is completed.
Represent Skier's Marine Inc. professionally, providing an exceptional customer experience at every delivery.
