Requirements

A licensed Massachusetts real estate professional with 3+ years of leasing, sales, or investment experience .
An inspiring leader with proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop others .
A strong communicator and problem solver with excellent time management skills.
Tech-savvy, eager to leverage systems and data to maximize performance.
Passionate about real estate, dedicated to growth, and hungry for results.
