Requirements

• Demonstrated commitment to community health, social justice, or related fields

• Experience in nonprofit governance, healthcare, or related sectors is preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight and governance to support the organization’s mission and goals
• Participate actively in board meetings, committees, and organizational planning
• Advocate for the health needs of the community and promote awareness of the center’s services
• Assist in fundraising efforts and resource development initiatives
• Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards
• Support organizational growth through community engagement and partnership development
