Requirements

Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Discretion and confidentiality
High School diploma

Responsibilities

Efficiently scheduling, managing and prioritizing field visits for clients
Considering “Right ticket, Right Resource” and proximity when scheduling technicians for site visits
Scheduling meetings internally and externally and booking meeting rooms
Providing clients with clear, concise communication regarding appointments and field visits
Ensuring smooth daily operations for field technicians by coordinating travel arrangements, including booking cars, and ensuring equipment and materials are prepared ahead of time
Adapt to time-sensitive and moving deadlines while working in a fast-paced environment.
Spot Checking service boards to ensure the MSP Bots tool is working, and provide intervention and feedback when issues are found
