About The Position

Board Certified Behavior Analyst Replies within 24 hours Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Bonus based on performance Company parties Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Tuition assistance Vision insurance Board Certified Behavior Analyst Status – Full time- 25hrs weekly Reports To: Director Pay: $80,000 annually or $80-$85 per hour Duties: - Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for clients with developmental disabilities, particularly autism and special needs. - Provide direct behavioral therapy services to clients, implementing evidence-based strategies and techniques. - Collect and analyze data on client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed. - Collaborate with other professionals, such as educators and speech therapists, to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care. - Train and supervise behavior technicians or other staff members involved in client treatment. - Provide support and guidance to families of clients, offering resources and strategies for managing challenging behaviors. - Stay up-to-date on the latest research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis. Requirements: - Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligibility for certification. - Experience working with children with developmental disabilities, particularly autism. - Knowledge of special education laws and regulations. - Strong understanding of behavioral principles and techniques used in applied behavior analysis. - Excellent data collection and analysis skills. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. - Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with special needs. Requirements
