Requirements

Current BCBA certification and PA Behavior Specialist License
Master’s degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
Strong knowledge of ABA principles and excellent communication skills
Valid driver’s license and ability to meet physical requirements (with or without accommodation)
Proficiency with computers and experience in Electronic Health Records

Responsibilities

Provide ABA services to children ages 3–12 in home, school, and community settings
Conduct functional analyses and skills-based assessments
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Deliver parent training and support
Supervise ABA Behavioral Health Technicians (ABA-BHTs) and ensure quality implementation
Contribute to the development and delivery of ABA training programs for staff
Maintain ethical, effective services aligned with best practices and regulatory standards
