About The Position

HealthPRO Pediatrics is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their ABA Team in Fort Hood, TX. A new center is projected to open soon, and all in-home sessions will transition to center-based services. HealthPRO Pediatrics, a division of HealthPro Heritage, is dedicated to empowering children, supporting families, and fostering growth through pediatric therapy. The BCBA will provide clinical leadership and oversight, conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities, and offer essential supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). This role involves analyzing data and adjusting treatment plans to promote progress in communication, social, and adaptive skills.

Requirements

  • Current and active Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
  • At least a Master’s degree in ABA, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
  • One year experience working with children on the spectrum.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical leadership and oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality behavioral services.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
  • Provide essential supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), analyzing data and adjusting treatment plans to foster meaningful progress in communication, social, and adaptive skills.
  • Conduct behavioral assessments, design and implement measurable, evidence-based goals across environments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) while maintaining insurance standards and deadlines.
  • Supervise, train and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
  • Implement and supervise behavior data collection systems for continuous evaluation based on payor requirements and authorizations.
  • Conduct regular parent training and consultation based on payor requirements and authorizations.
  • Participate in weekly clinical meetings and monthly staff-wide trainings.
  • Communicate with insurance companies and other care providers.
  • Stay current on research and evidence-based practices.
  • Maintain accurate "CAQH" profile and NPI.
  • Collaborate with other disciplines, medical providers, and educators.
  • Manage electronic data collection system and store all records in the EMR.
  • Perform accurate billing practices in the electronic practice management system and complete documentation of services promptly.
  • Adhere strictly to the Behavior Analyst Certification Board's Code of Ethics.
