About The Position

Holly Ridge Center, a non-profit neurodevelopment center in Bremerton, Washington, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. This position offers an exciting opportunity to join our dedicated team of Infant Toddler Program professionals, providing early support services to children from birth to age 3 and their families. Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) provide individualized, behavior-analytic intervention for ages birth to three years old within a medical and educational model. They evaluate, assess, treat, and provide consultation services within an interdisciplinary, family-centered, and culturally diverse system. BCBAs also develop individual autism services plans and supervise behavior technicians in the implementation of therapeutic programs.

Requirements

  • Four-year Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university in related field
  • Current BCBA Certification
  • Washington State Behavior Analyst License
  • Valid Washington State food worker card (within first 60 days)
  • Valid Washington State driver's license
  • Reliable transportation
  • Proof of required personal liability insurance
  • Clean WA State driving record, as defined by HRC's policy
  • CPR/1st Aid Certification (within first 90 days of employment)
  • Knowledge of applied behavioral analysis
  • Knowledge of typical and atypical child development processes
  • Ability to make home visits
  • Meeting facilitation skills
  • Effective computer skills, including capabilities working with spreadsheets, graphs, and word processing
  • Proficient with Microsoft Windows and MS Office programs
  • Ability to pass a criminal history background check

Nice To Haves

  • Education and/or experience specific to infants and toddlers
  • Knowledge of Early Childhood Special Education
  • Awareness of family economic and cultural issues as they relate to early intervention
  • Knowledge of Washington State Special Education regulations and/or federal early intervention law
  • Knowledge of IFSP process

Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized, behavior-analytic intervention for ages birth to three years old within a medical and educational model
