About The Position

With two established clinics in Downtown Orlando and Winter Garden, they are committed to creating positive, lasting change for families in the community. They are currently seeking a dedicated, experienced, and compassionate BCBA to join their growing team. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at ABA Alliance Therapy, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality ABA services that center on the needs and progress of each child. This involves guiding a team of RBTs, developing individualized treatment plans, and partnering with families to promote lasting success beyond the clinic. Requirements

  • Active and in-good-standing BCBA certification
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality, ethical care
  • Able to motivate and support a team of behavior technicians
  • Comfortable working across various clinical and home-based environments
  • Able to connect clearly with families, team members, and leadership
  • Successful completion of a Level II background check
  • Successful completion of a background investigation and criminal history check

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical oversight and support for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments
  • Create, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with families and caregivers to reinforce skills at home
