Practice in a facility designed for specialized care, featuring low and high sensory rooms, dedicated observation areas, and a therapeutic milieu tailored to varying cognitive and functioning levels. The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) plays a vital role in our Specialized Needs Unit (SNU), leading the behavioral team in developing and implementing high-impact behavior treatment plans. You will conduct in-depth behavioral analyses, empower staff through procedure-based education, and provide essential training to families and caregivers. Additionally, you will ensure the highest standards of data integrity to drive superior patient care outcomes.
