About The Position

Cortica is growing and seeking passionate BCBAs to join their team in Scottsdale, Tempe, Glendale, and Mesa. They are a unified team of doctors and therapists specializing in neurodevelopmental disorders, emphasizing collaboration and long-term outcomes. Their approach is assent-based and individualized, supported by a transdisciplinary team of physicians, speech, occupational, and mental health therapists, following a Whole-Child Model. The position is designed to support sustainable, ethical practice, offering clinical and administrative support, hybrid flexibility for supervision and administrative tasks, and guidance from Clinical Supervisors. The role also involves collaboration with Transdisciplinary partners, Care Coordinators for logistics, BT Managers for performance support, and BT Trainers for orientation and BCAT testing. Cortica is a Behavioral Health Center of Excellence (BHCOE) Accredited organization, certified as a Great Place to Work, and highly rated on Glassdoor and Indeed.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in human services or a related field required
  • BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) certification required

Nice To Haves

  • LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) certification preferred

Responsibilities
