This full-time, salaried exempt position is for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at a newly opened clinic in Edmond. The BCBA will be responsible for providing clinical supervision and direction to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and ABA Interns, developing and updating treatment plans, and conducting various assessments such as ABLLS, VB-MAPP, MOTAS, ESDM, and Functional Behavioral Assessments. The role involves delivering ABA therapy in clinic settings, completing all necessary documentation for service authorization, analyzing data, and modifying programs as needed. A key aspect of the position is scheduling and conducting ongoing parent and caregiver trainings, participating in staff meetings, and ensuring the quality standards of the ABA program. The BCBA will also collaborate with parents, caregivers, teachers, and other providers to maintain consistency in interventions. The role requires supervising a minimum of 200 clinical hours weekly from RBT services and completing a minimum of 25 billable hours weekly, which includes parent training, assessment, program modification, and direct therapy.
