About the Role We’re looking for a full‑time Behavior Analyst who is collaborative, compassionate, and excited to make a meaningful impact. With a thoughtfully managed small caseload of just 8–10 clients , you’ll have the time and space to build strong relationships and provide high‑quality, individualized support. Requirements
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Behavioral Analysis or Special Education or another Human Services Discipline with an emphasis in Behavioral Analysis
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst
- Licensed Behavior Analyst – within the State of North Carolina (or willing to obtain licensure)
- Completed 8-hour BACB Supervision Training
