About The Position

ABC focuses on small caseloads with a compassionate care approach, guided by its core values and community impact. The total compensation package ranges from $80,000 to $117,000 annually, with opportunities to earn more based on center size, RBT mentorship, and trainee supervision. Compensation includes a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long-term ownership eligibility upon promotion to Sr. BCBA. The company offers transparent career growth paths including Center Leadership, Training & Development with Dr. Greg Hanley's Compassionate Care Team, and Research & Innovation with Dr. Linda LeBlanc at the Action Institute. Responsibilities

  • Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging
  • Supervise and Mentor RBTs to support consistent, high-quality care
  • Collaborate with Families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth
  • Deliver Evidence-Based Therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment

  • Monthly Performance Bonuses: Bonuses are uncapped, meaning you’ll be rewarded for your impact without waiting months to qualify
