About The Position

The total compensation package ranges from $80,000 to $117,000 annually, with opportunities to earn more based on center size, RBT mentorship, and trainee supervision. Compensation includes a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long-term ownership eligibility upon promotion to Sr. BCBA. Responsibilities

Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging
Supervise and Mentor RBTs to support consistent, high-quality care
Collaborate with Families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth
Deliver Evidence-Based Therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment
