About The Position
Treetop ABA, part of the Discovery ABA family, is dedicated to delivering individualized, high-quality ABA services that help children succeed. With programs across schools, homes, and clinics in 12 states, we are proud to be Reaching New Heights and Driven by Discovery—every student, every day. Through our partnership with Boston Public Schools (BPS), we provide in-school ABA services to students in the East Boston area who need extra support to thrive. This role is ideal for a BCBA who values flexibility, meaningful connections, and focused clinical work—without billables, assessments, or administrative overload.
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- Massachusetts LBA license (required)
- Experience working in home or school-based settings
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Deliver in-school ABA services for BPS students needing supplemental or non-traditional support
- Collaborate with school teams and families to ensure continuity of care
- Supervise and support Behavior Technicians as needed
- Focus on quality outcomes and meaningful progress—not productivity metrics
