The BCBA plays a critical part in developing, implementing, and monitoring behavioral interventions for children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or other behavioral and communication challenges. Position Summary: The BCBA will lead behavioral treatment planning. This includes conducting assessments, developing comprehensive treatment plans, training staff, monitoring client progress, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, families, and external partners. The BCBA also supports clinical supervision, professional development, and quality assurance efforts.
