About The Position

Are you a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) driven by the "lightbulb moments"? In this role, you will work directly with children on the autism spectrum, providing the specialized support they need to thrive. You’ll lead a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-quality, person-centered therapy that prioritizes the dignity, autonomy, and long-term happiness of the children and families we serve.

Requirements

• You hold a current BCBA certification in good standing and are licensed in the state of Michigan.
• You understand that behind every data point is a child and a family navigating a complex journey.
• You can translate complex behavioral concepts into actionable, easy-to-understand guidance for parents.
• You are committed to the BACB Ethics Code and prioritize "compassionate care" over rigid compliance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the unique strengths and needs of children with autism.
• Provide high-quality supervision and mentorship to RBTs, fostering a culture of clinical excellence and professional growth.
• Work closely with families to provide caregiver training, ensuring that progress extends beyond the clinic and into the home and community.
• Utilize data-driven insights to pivot strategies, ensuring every child reaches their unique milestones.
• Act as a clinical voice for your clients in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaborations.
