Apply today to grow your BCBA career with HealthPRO Pediatrics in Pinehurst, NC Responsibilities Conduct behavioral assessments, design and implement measurable, evidence-based goals across environments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) while maintaining insurance standards and deadlines Supervise, train and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Implement and supervise behavior data collection systems for continuous evaluation based on payor requirements and authorizations Conduct regular parent training and consultation based on payor requirements and authorizations Participate in weekly clinical meetings and monthly staff-wide trainings Communicate with insurance companies and other care providers Stay current on research and evidence-based practices Maintain accurate "CAQH" profile and NPI Collaborate with other disciplines, medical providers, and educators Manage electronic data collection system and store all records in the EMR Perform accurate billing practices in the electronic practice management system and complete documentation of services promptly Adhere strictly to the Behavior Analyst Certification Board's Code of Ethics Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. At least a Master’s degree in ABA, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited college or university and one year experience working with children on the spectrum preferred. Requirements

  • Must be licensed as a BCBA.
  • At least a Master’s degree in ABA, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited college or university
