About The Position

Are you a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) looking for a supportive work environment that enables you to make a real difference? At ANNA (Allied Network for Neurodevelopmental Advancement), we’re redefining autism care in a collaborative, clinician-led environment. We specialize in working with autistic children under the age of 6 using a neurodiversity affirming, Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Intervention (NDBI) approach to our clinical services. If you’re passionate about evidence-based practice, working with children with autism and growing in your career, this is the place for you! About the Role As a BCBA at ANNA, you’ll play a key role in developing and implementing individualized intervention plans using a neurodiversity affirming, NDBI approach. You’ll supervise and train therapy staff, collaborate closely with families, and ensure the highest standard of care for each child. This role is center-based and focused on delivering care to children ages 18 months to 6 years. Why Choose ANNA? Competitive Salary & Benefits: Take home a base salary of $85,000–$115,000 per year, plus monthly performance bonuses that reward you for the great work you're doing. We back that up with comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance and a 401(k) with company match, because we want you to feel as supported outside of work as you do in it. Work-Life Balance That Actually Exists: A full-time, 40-hour schedule with no travel, no weekend shifts, and no burnout. Caseloads You Can Feel Good About: Small, intentional caseloads so you can do your best clinical work, not just get through the day. You'll have the time and support to actually know your clients and make a real difference. Clinical Excellence at Our Core: ANNA is a mission-driven organization. Every decision we make starts with the question: what's best for the child? We stay current with research, challenge ourselves to grow, and hold ourselves to a high standard, because our kids deserve nothing less. A Team That Has Your Back: You won't be going it alone. You'll be part of a collaborative clinical team with regular individual and group supervision from experienced clinicians who are genuinely invested in your development and success. Real Professional Development: An annual stipend for CEUs and conference attendance, plus a culture that champions growth. We love seeing our BCBAs step into leadership and we build pathways to help them get there. A Culture Worth Showing Up For: We work hard and we celebrate hard. Quarterly team outings, frequent milestones worth marking, and a team that genuinely enjoys being together. Technology That Works For You: Purpose-built data collection and clinical management tools that streamline the administrative side so you can stay focused on what matters most, your clients.
