Requirements

BCBA certification
Experience working with clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder or developmental disabilities
Strong leadership and mentorship skills
Commitment to high-quality, client-centered care

Responsibilities

Conduct client assessments and create individualized treatment plans
Provide hands-on interventions and oversee behavioral programming
Supervise and mentor RBTs, BTs, and other team members
Collaborate with schools, caregivers, and external providers to ensure client success
Review treatment plans and provide clinical consultation for network providers
Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and meet all regulatory requirements
