About The Position

This full-time, salaried exempt position is for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at a brand new clinic in Edmond, Oklahoma. The role involves providing clinical supervision and direction to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and ABA Interns, developing and updating treatment plans, and conducting various assessments. The BCBA will provide ABA therapy in clinic settings, complete necessary documentation for service authorization, analyze data, and modify programs as needed. Key responsibilities also include scheduling and conducting ongoing parent and/or caregiver trainings, participating in staff meetings, and ensuring the quality standards of the ABA program. Collaboration with parents, caregivers, teachers, and other providers is essential for consistent interventions. The position requires supervising a minimum of 200 clinical hours weekly from RBT services and completing a minimum of 25 billable hours weekly, which includes parent training, assessment, program modification, and direct therapy. The BCBA must complete session documentation within 24 hours, communicate professionally with clients, parents, and staff, and provide regular feedback. Adherence to BACB ethical guidelines and HIPAA regulations for clinical records is mandatory.

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or related program
  • BCBA certification in good standing
  • Be in good standing as a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of Oklahoma or eligible to apply for LBA
  • Experience providing assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, etc.)
  • Experience supervising others, providing parenting training, and behavioral intervention
  • Excellent communication skills with other providers and families
  • Passionate about helping children and their families
  • Proficient in using electronic devices (computer, tablets) for extended amounts of time

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical supervision and direction to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and ABA Interns
  • Develop, implement, and update treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments (ABLLS, VB-MAPP, MOTAS, ESDM, Functional Behavioral Assessment)
  • Provide ABA therapy in clinic settings
  • Complete all documentation required for authorization of services
  • Analyze data and modify programs as needed
  • Schedule and conduct ongoing parent and/or caregiver trainings
  • Participate in staff meetings and trainings
  • Ensure quality standards of the ABA program (BST-Behavior Skills Training, IOA-inter observer agreement, etc.)
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, teachers, and other providers to ensure consistency of interventions
  • Supervise a minimum of 200 clinical hours weekly from services provided by RBTs
  • Complete a minimum of 25 billable hours weekly (includes parent training, assessment, program modification, and direct)
  • Complete session documentation and convert appointments within 24 hours
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, parents, and staff
  • Provide regular and constructive feedback/evaluations to all services providers and staff
  • Adhere to the ethical guidelines set by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)
  • Maintain all clinical records in accordance with HIPAA

  • Annual Compensation package potential ($115,000) – base salary + incentive pay when criteria are met
  • Starting Annual Salary Range $70,000-$80,000
  • Increase in salary up to $15,000 upon billing one month of 200 average tech hours per week
  • Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance (Peak will pay for 50% of these insurance premiums for the employee). Dependents can be added as needed, but the employee is responsible for 100% of those costs.
  • Eligible to earn up to $10,000 annual in incentive pay when expectations are met (as outlined in the BCBA Incentive Plan)
  • Eligible to earn up to $40 per hour in additional incentive pay for each hour billed over a 25 hour average in a month, which would total over an additional $10,000 for an average of 30 hours billed per week
