Requirements
- Active BCBA certification
- Strong organizational, leadership, and collaboration skills
- Willingness to travel between partner childcare locations (additional compensation provided)
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, ethical, and family-centered care
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and implement individualized behavioral interventions for children with ASD and related developmental needs
- Deliver ABA services in home and community settings
- Provide training and supervision to RBTs
- Partner with families to ensure consistency and progress across environments
- Collaborate with childcare staff to support classroom success

- Starting salary of $85,000, with tiered increases based on certification year
- $2,000 sign-on bonus, paid at 3 and 6 months
