About The Position
The Ashburnham Westminster Regional School District is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Responsibilities
- Providing behavior-analytic services and supporting the behavior programming needs for all students in the district.
- Designing, implementing, and monitoring skill-acquisition and behavior reduction programs as well as training others on programs.
- Conducting assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention, including preference assessments and functional assessments as well as for evaluating behavioral interventions.
- Conducting observation, data collection, graphing and analysis.
- Writing behavior plans, progress notes, IEP goals and objectives when appropriate.
- Overseeing the work of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ABA paraeducators and other professionals who implement behavior-analytic services.
- Responsible for collaborating and consulting with the other district BCBA, related service providers, educators, school/grade-level teams, district teams and administrators.
- Responsible for collaborating with families, having ongoing family contact, clinic meetings and promoting family involvement.
