About The Position
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at ABA Alliance Therapy, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality ABA services that center on the needs and progress of each child. You'll guide a team of RBTs, develop individualized treatment plans, and partner with families to promote lasting success beyond the clinic. Requirements
- Active and in-good-standing BCBA certification
- Passionate about delivering high-quality, ethical care
- Able to motivate and support a team of behavior technicians
- Comfortable working across various clinical and home-based environments
- Able to connect clearly with families, team members, and leadership
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical oversight and support for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments
- Create, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to reinforce skills at home
