About The Position

A Bridge to Achievement (ABtA) is growing — and we’re looking for a passionate BCBA to join our Winston-Salem center (1420 Plaza Drive). You’ll design and oversee individualized ABA programs for autistic learners ages 2 to 27 in a primarily center-based model. You’ll be supported by a full operational team so your time stays focused where it matters most: the kids, the families, and your clinical craft.

Requirements

Master's or doctoral degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Organizational Psychology, or a related field required
Holds and maintains NC (and other relevant) behavior analyst licensure per the licensing board(s) requirements.
State Behavior Analyst license if relevant/residing outside of NC
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing
Must be an approved supervisor with the BACB
Demonstrated commitment to upholding ethical standards and promoting a positive workplace culture characterized by fairness, respect, and inclusivity.
Proficient at conducting assessments such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, EFL, AFLS, FBAs
Skilled at writing behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs
Creative, high-energy and organized. Positive attitude. Strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

Conduct assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans
Create programs and teaching plans in our electronic system
Supervise, coach, and train behavior technicians and trainees
Facilitate caregiver training and team collaboration
Participate in monthly interdisciplinary collaboration meetings
Provide home or community visits as needed
