Requirements
- Active BCBA certification
- Experience working with children with autism
- Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills
- Passion for mentorship, teamwork, and high-quality care
- Ability to pass background screening
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide clinical supervision and ongoing case oversight
- Supervise and mentor RBTs and mid-level staff
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Monitor progress, analyze data, and adjust programming as needed
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
