Requirements

  • Active BCBA certification
  • Experience working with children with autism
  • Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills
  • Passion for mentorship, teamwork, and high-quality care
  • Ability to pass background screening

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide clinical supervision and ongoing case oversight
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs and mid-level staff
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Monitor progress, analyze data, and adjust programming as needed
  • Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
