About The Position
Blue Bird Day, a leading specialized intensive pediatric therapeutic day program, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate clinic-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our multidisciplinary team of top therapists in Chicago, IL. This is an opportunity to provide clinic-based, play-focused ABA therapy in a collaborative, innovative environment designed to help children thrive. As a BCBA at Blue Bird Day, you will provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children ages 2-7 years old with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs. You'll foster each child's cognitive, social, emotional, adaptive, and developmental growth through:
Responsibilities
- Developing individualized and group therapy treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
- Providing caregiver education and family support
- Supervising and mentoring RBTs during ABA therapy sessions
- Collaborating daily with occupational, physical, speech therapists, and social workers
