Position pays up to $80,000 annually! Tampa Bay Girls Academy -Multiple co-located secure residential commitment programs serving high-risk and maximum risk female youth aged 12-21. These programs use evidence-based practices to deliver comprehensive care, treatment, and supervision. Youth will also receive psychotherapeutic services, including individual, family, and group counseling. After 40 years of improving the lives of youth, we are looking for passionate advocates to continue the legacy of helping young people become successful adults. Requirements

Possess a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
Licensed in the state of Florida
Strong clinical and analytical skills in assessing and addressing challenging behaviors
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members
Ability to adapt and customize behavior intervention programs to meet the unique needs of each individual
Must possess a current State Driver’s License and Insurance
Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test
Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry.
