About The Position

The BCBA/LBA provides high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals in a residential setting. This role focuses on behavior reduction, skill acquisition, staff training, and clinical oversight to support meaningful client outcomes while ensuring compliance with organizational, ethical, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Active BACB certification
  • Active Missouri LBA license
  • Completion of 8-hour supervision training
  • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum 6 months experience in educational or residential settings preferred

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and oversee evidence-based ABA treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments, develop behavior support plans, and monitor progress
  • Provide clinical supervision to RBTs, BCaBAs/LaBAs, and behavior staff as applicable
  • Train and support direct care staff in ABA strategies and behavior plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, families, and community partners
  • Participate in crisis response and on-call rotation as required
  • Maintain accurate documentation, data collection, and billing compliance
  • Ensure certification, licensure, and ethical standards are consistently met
