About The Position

The BCBA/LBA provides high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals in a residential setting. This role focuses on behavior reduction, skill acquisition, staff training, and clinical oversight to support meaningful client outcomes while ensuring compliance with organizational, ethical, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
Active BACB certification
Active Missouri LBA license
Completion of 8-hour supervision training
Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Nice To Haves

Minimum 6 months experience in educational or residential settings preferred

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and oversee evidence-based ABA treatment plans
Conduct assessments, develop behavior support plans, and monitor progress
Provide clinical supervision to RBTs, BCaBAs/LaBAs, and behavior staff as applicable
Train and support direct care staff in ABA strategies and behavior plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, families, and community partners
Participate in crisis response and on-call rotation as required
Maintain accurate documentation, data collection, and billing compliance
Ensure certification, licensure, and ethical standards are consistently met
