Requirements

For BCBA applicants: Master’s degree
Active BCBA certification
For BCaBA applicants: Bachelor’s degree
Active BCaBA certification
For all applicants: CPR/BLS certification, or willingness to obtain
Strong communication and organizational skills
Dependable transportation to and from the school site
A genuine passion for helping children and families thrive

Responsibilities

Conduct intakes and functional assessments within the school setting
Develop individualized treatment plans
Provide direct therapy and parent/caregiver training
Supervise and support RBTs, based on credential level
Review data, monitor progress, and update treatment plans as needed
Maintain compliance with BACB standards and company expectations
Collaborate with families, school staff, and other partners to support each child’s success
