Requirements

  • For BCBA applicants: Master’s degree
  • Active BCBA certification
  • For BCaBA applicants: Bachelor’s degree
  • Active BCaBA certification
  • For all applicants: CPR/BLS certification, or willingness to obtain
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Dependable transportation to and from the school site
  • A genuine passion for helping children and families thrive

Responsibilities

  • Conduct intakes and functional assessments within the school setting
  • Develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide direct therapy and parent/caregiver training
  • Supervise and support RBTs, based on credential level
  • Review data, monitor progress, and update treatment plans as needed
  • Maintain compliance with BACB standards and company expectations
  • Collaborate with families, school staff, and other partners to support each child’s success
