Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst
About The Position
At Sunrise, our commitment to ethical treatment is the heartbeat of our mission. Sunrise ABA opened its doors in 2021 with the goal of providing ethical care while embracing a new-age culture. We provide center-based and in-home ABA therapy in California, Oregon, Washington, and Tennessee. The BCaBAs assist in the development and implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a BCBA. This role supports the delivery of high-quality services, compliance with ethical standards, team development, and smooth clinical operation practices.
Requirements
- Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification
- Bachelor's degree
- 8 hour supervision course (willingness to obtain)
- High emphasis on integrity and ethics
- Passion for client success
- Strong leadership skills
Responsibilities
- Providing case management for children on the autism spectrum ages 2-18.
- Data collection utilizing Central Reach.
- Billable hour requirements for full-time, salaried BCaBAs: 30 hours
- Billable hour requirement for part-time BCaBAs: 75% of total hours worked (preferred).
- Complete intake and assessments.
- Parent training.
- Collaboration with a team of clinicians and clinical directors.
- Mentorship for a team of RBTs and MLPs
