The BCBA is responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and other habilitative programs to support individuals in achieving their personal and developmental goals. This role ensures compliance with behavioral standards, provides staff training, and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to promote a person-centered environment. The BCBA will conduct regular assessments, data reviews, and observations to ensure progress and make necessary adjustments to intervention plans. The BCBA also ensures all interventions align with regulatory requirements and evidence-based practices.
