Requirements

  • Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in providing ABA services in clinic, home, and school settings preferred but not required.
  • Medicaid and Tricare credentialing is a big bonus!

Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with BCBA's for mentorship, oversight, and case management.
  • Provide direct supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians.
  • Foster connections with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive and integrated approach.
  • Implement and oversee ABA programs in school settings
  • Monitor client progress and make data-driven adjustments to treatment plans as needed within our online platform.
