About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board-Certified Adult Medicine Physician to join our growing primary care team in Southwest Florida . Requirements

  • M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school
  • Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • Active and unrestricted Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain
  • DEA registration
  • BLS and ACLS certification
  • Strong clinical skills, with a commitment to evidence-based care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A team-first mindset and a passion for community health

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of experience in a primary care outpatient setting
  • Proficiency in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine physical exams, diagnostic evaluations, and preventive screenings
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
  • Manage complex care in coordination with specialists
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (EMR)
  • Order, interpret, and follow up on laboratory and diagnostic testing
  • Collaborate with our integrated care teams—including nurses, specialists, and administrative staff—to ensure continuity and quality of care
  • Utilize our electronic health record (EHR) system (eClinicalWorks)
  • Participate in quality improvement and performance initiatives
  • Maintain licensure, certification, and continuing medical education (CME) requirements
  • Adhere to all HIPAA, OSHA, and state/federal healthcare regulations and standards
