About The Position
Venesco LLC is seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible Urology Physician to provide comprehensive urological care at the Fargo VA Medical Center. This role supports our nation’s veterans through high-quality clinical and surgical services in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
Requirements
- Active, full and unrestricted medical license in any U.S. state (North Dakota preferred)
- Board Certified / Board Eligible by the American Board of Urology
- Completion of an accredited Urology residency program (minimum 3 years surgical training)
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Valid DEA license and NPI number
- Proof of malpractice insurance
- Clean licensing history (no suspensions, revocations, or restrictions)
- Copies of medical license(s)
- Board certification/eligibility documentation
- Degree(s) and accreditation(s)
- DEA certificate and NPI
- Malpractice insurance certificate
- Residency completion documentation
- BLS/ACLS certifications
- Annual OIG statement
