NovaCare Prosthetics and Orthotics Center in Marlton, NJ is hiring a Prosthetics Resident! Our residency program is an extension of one's education. The resident will get a well-structured and comprehensive residency that allows him/her to progress at a confident level to build the skills required to become a certified practitioner. Our residency program is focused not only on the clinical aspect of the business but also on the management and administrative side to provide residents with a well-rounded exposure to the O&P business as a whole. Our patient population is diverse, and residents will be seeing patients with all levels of orthotic needs or amputations at all levels for both upper and lower extremity conditions. Residents will also be immersed in technology and fabrication processes. Our facility is the training site for future employment for one of over 30 independent O&P practices. Residents should have the desire to stay within the NovaCare P&O facilities after completion of residency.
