About The Position

We are looking for an experienced and motivated BMW Master Shop Foreman to lead our automotive service team. This vital position involves managing daily shop operations, ensuring high-quality repairs, and guiding our technicians. Requirements

BMW Master Certification.
BMW HV Specialty Certified.
ASE Master Certified.
Expertise in BMW systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Valid Texas Driver's License
Clean driving record
Pass Background Check
Pass Drug Test
Must be 21 Years-Old or older

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate all shop activities, including schedules, workflow, and staff assignments.
Oversee and carry out complex diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on BMW vehicles.
Ensure all work complies with BMW standards and manufacturer specifications.
Mentor, train, and develop technicians to foster a high-performance team.
Conduct quality control inspections and confirm repairs are complete.
Work closely with service advisors and management to provide excellent customer service.
Maintain shop safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.
Stay updated with BMW technology, tools, and training requirements.
