Repair vehicles in a safe, efficient, ethical manner with customer satisfaction as first priority. This position does not lead others.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service orientated environment preferred

Responsibilities

  • Maintain ASE and/or manufacturer-required certifications
  • stay up to date with all manufacturer technical data as well as service bulletins
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and OSHA regulations that pertain to your job
  • Read and understand customer complaints
  • diagnose and advise findings
  • complete all authorized repairs in accordance with manufacturer and company policy
  • return warranty parts to parts dept and road test vehicles as needed to verify completion of repairs
  • Properly document all repairs using both internet based tools and physical Repair Order documentation as instructed per department requirements
  • Meet all production based metrics as prescribed by Management
