About The Position

Responsibilities: Warranty Claims Management: Oversee all aspects of warranty processing, from start to finish, ensuring accurate and timely handling of claims. Record Keeping: Review and validate warranty claims for accuracy and completeness, coordinating with internal departments to obtain necessary documentation. Problem Resolution: Addressing and resolving any issues or discrepancies related to warranty claims Coordination: Working closely with service advisors and technicians to verify warranty coverage and ensure timely claim submission Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, dealers, and manufacturers regarding warranty claims. Process Improvement: Collaborate with the warranty team and other stakeholders to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in warranty processing or administration is required. Experience with Highline for Mercedes Benz, BMW, and Audi strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated technical knowledge of OEM policies and procedures, and proficiency in using warranty management software and systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Highline for Mercedes Benz, BMW, and Audi strongly preferred.
