About The Position

Kendall Auto Group is one of the largest family owned and operated dealers in the Pacific Northwest and premier employer in Central Oregon. We are looking for a BMW Genius to join the team. At BMW Bend our sales department is a fast-paced environment serving clients throughout the community. The BMW Genius is specially trained to demonstrate and to help clients get familiar with all aspects of the vehicle regarding new technology, the BMW driving system and upcoming vehicle enhancements. Duties include but are not limited to completing vehicle delivery after sales, assisting clients with Bluetooth and connection needs, assisting sales staff with answering client questions, and creating information videos for social network sites. Requirements

  • Successful candidate will be highly motivated and have a strong enthusiasm for the BMW brand
  • an affinity for technology
  • have the ability to communicate technical information in non-technical terms to clients
  • has strong interpersonal skills
  • be able to demonstrate the highest level of customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
  • A valid driver license and good driving record is required

Responsibilities
