About The Position

Flow BMW of Winston Salem is interviewing for top sales consultants, from any field, with a desire for a career rather than a job. We are an organization dedicated to providing exemplary service and creating lifelong, enthusiastic customers. We are looking for a BMW Genius to join our team. We offer an awesome 5-day work week with great benefits and unlimited potential for commission and job growth. All of our pre-owned vehicles are sold utilizing a value-based, no-haggle pricing system. All are fully reconditioned by our dealership, offer a 100,000 mile warranty and are accompanied by a CARFAX vehicle history report. Some daily responsibilities as a Genius include, but are not limited to: Stay up to date on the latest BMW technology and product updates Display mastery of features, advantages, and benefits of product and conduct walk arounds per BMW and Flow guidelines Educate customers on BMW features, technology, and vehicle functionality Conduct vehicle deliveries and ensure customers fully understand their new vehicle Ensure follow ups are completed Assist guests in the showroom or on the lot with questions about BMW models and innovations Support the sales team and enhance the overall customer experience We provide ongoing training and future career opportunities to those willing to contribute the effort and time. We prefer to promote from within our company and will help you reach your potential. We will train anyone new to the industry, including onsite and manufacturer instruction, and other technical training, as needed. Sales consultants will attend and successfully complete manufacturer training and certification as required by Flow Companies. Requirements

Valid driver's license
Must have and maintain an impeccable driving record to perform test drives, deliver, and fuel vehicles
Must be available to work a 45 hour work week that falls between the hours of 9am and 8pm Monday through Friday, and 9am to 6pm on Saturday
Be physically able to walk the lot, assist customers with vehicle hoods and trunk lids, enter and exit vehicles regularly, assist customers indoors and outdoors, etc

Responsibilities

Stay up to date on the latest BMW technology and product updates
Display mastery of features, advantages, and benefits of product and conduct walk arounds per BMW and Flow guidelines
Educate customers on BMW features, technology, and vehicle functionality
Conduct vehicle deliveries and ensure customers fully understand their new vehicle
Ensure follow ups are completed
Assist guests in the showroom or on the lot with questions about BMW models and innovations
Support the sales team and enhance the overall customer experience
