This role is perfect for a stylist who loves styling, consistency, and making people feel amazing—without cutting or coloring.
Requirements
- Valid cosmetology license (required)
- Blowout and styling experience preferred (training provided)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude, reliability, and team mindset
- Ability to work weekends, especially Saturdays, and peak times
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Responsibilities
- Create signature Blo blowouts, updos, and styled looks
- Consult with clients to understand their desired style and hair goals
- Shampoo, condition, and prep hair using Blo-approved products
- Deliver a warm, polished, and memorable guest experience
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation
- Recommend retail products and service add-ons with confidence
- Support team flow during busy shifts and peak hours
