Requirements
- Must have active State of Indiana Cosmetology License
- Passion for styling hair
- Coachable and willing to learn and grow
- Able to effectively communicate and consult w/ clients and teammates to provide the best experiences
- Must have a great attitude

- Must have Saturday and/or Sunday availability
Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing clients with 5-Star blowout & styling experiences in our shop consisting of but not limited to:
- Warm & friendly greeting
- Thorough consultation in-chair
- Relaxing & thorough shampoo & conditioning treatment to address client hair needs
- Ability to upsell & add-on experiences that benefit the client & finished product
- Provide a fantastic blowout & style that delivers confidence to every client
- Communicate & inspire guests to join our Barfly member family
- Work within a team of Stylists & Front Desk Staff to ensure smooth salon operation & guest experience
- Friendly client farewell that builds rapport & repeat business
