Requirements

Must have active State of Indiana Cosmetology License

Responsibilities

Responsible for providing clients with 5-Star blowout & styling experiences in our shop consisting of but not limited to:
Warm & friendly greeting
Thorough consultation in-chair
Relaxing & thorough shampoo & conditioning treatment to address client hair needs
Ability to upsell & add-on experiences that benefit the client & finished product
Provide a fantastic blowout & style that delivers confidence to every client
Communicate & inspire guests to join our Barfly member family
Work within a team of Stylists & Front Desk Staff to ensure smooth salon operation & guest experience
Friendly client farewell that builds rapport & repeat business
